Dr. Brandon Pardekooper
Dr. Brandon Pardekooper is an ordained pastor and has been serving in the local church for over 25 years.
From the church janitor to the Executive Pastor position, Dr. Pardekooper has served in all areas of ministry in churches with attendance ranging from 50-3500.
He holds degrees in Youth Ministries, Biblical Studies, Organizational Leadership, and Strategic Leadership Foresight and has authored two books, Millennial Leadership and The Highpoint of Grace.
In 2018, Dr. Pardekooper launched his consulting firm and the Pastor’s Growing Church Community to serve pastors as they grow their churches in this shifting digital age.
In this coaching experience, Dr. Pardekooper wants to show you how to build an engaging discipleship experience where people are excited about the next step and learn to grow, serve, give, and be involved.

What's Inside the Experience
I will be your guide through this coaching experience. We will go through 12 sessions together, 1 per month, getting a clear picture of what your discipleship experience currently looks like. We will then build a roadmap to the discipleship experience that will work for you, your church, and the community you serve.
Over the 12 sessions, we will create engaging discipleship content, build a system that is personal and automated, and provide a map for clarity and navigation.
I am going to be with you every step of the way answering your questions, providing templates and guides, and offering outside the box ideas you can can implement.
