As pastors and ministry leaders, we are blessed by all the amazing things we have the opportunity to witness as we lead people into a relationship with Jesus. But, we are also faced with incredible challenges, pressures, and obstacles. What we don’t always realize is that we are on a path leading somewhere. If we aren’t careful, the path we are on can be great for the church, the community, and the people in our congregations while being detrimental and even debilitating for us as individuals.
